Interests
Also a certified yoga instructor since 2015, Jo-an believes in the wisdom of the physical body and has seen how working with the body brings about benefits to one's well-being. This has led her to a rabbit hole of self study on yoga & body-based works. As she continues to expand her knowledge, she strives to integrate each modality and infuse these wisdom into her teaching and counselling practice.
Beyond the approaches, Jo-an sees each of her client as uniquely whole persons who could use a safe space to explore deeper and integrate within. Journeying with her clients is something she is passionate about and looks forward to.
